After the 2008 real estate crash turned everything upside down for her family business, our founder, Emanièce Gordon, pivoted into government contracting — landing her first micro-purchase contract with the State of Maryland.
This moment sparked a new direction that would eventually bring her inside the system. Emanièce went on to serve over a decade as a government buyer — overseeing contract awards and contributing to over $2.5 billion in funding directed to small businesses across the U.S.
